Dr. (Mrs.) Mridula Saxena has obtained her Doctoral Degree in Foods and Nutrition. She has professional experience of more than 10 years in teaching degree classes in the area of Home Science followed by about 10 years experience (on-going) in Research, Development, Teaching, Training and Extension in the field of Home Science Vocational Education and Women Empowerment. She has been awarded the National Senior Science Talent Search Scholarship. During her tenure in NCERT, she has acquired one week’s training in Internet and VOCED Databases and also a week’s training in Jeevan Vigyan. Her major contributions have been
Development of vocational curricula (04) and instructional material (18) of Home Science courses, specifically Food based courses,
Development of 10 Pre-vocational modules,
Development of various guidelines and support material for better implementation of VEP
Case Studies of NGOs.
She has organized 03 and participated in 17 National Seminars/Meetings/Conferences and 9 Workshops. She has to her credit 37 publications and presentations in the form of Articles, Reports, Guidelines, Research Papers, Books and Curricula.
She has officiated as Head, Home Science Division for 3 years and 9 months during the period May 1994 to August 2002 and is working as In-charge Head since February 2003.

Dr. (Mrs.) Suniti Sanwal, Associate Professor (Human
Development)

Dr. (Mrs.) Suniti Sanwal is presently working as a Associate Professor in
Home Science Division at PSSCIVE. She has obtained her Masters and Doctoral
Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from SNDT Women’s University,
Mumbai. She has more than 15 years of experience in teaching undergraduate and
postgraduate classes and guiding research. She has worked in different
internationally and nationally funded Research Projects. She has published
research papers in various journals and contributed technical and popular
articles. She has coordinated various Training and Orientation Programmes for
different target groups in the area of Vocational Education. She has recently
developed a curriculum on ‘Gerontology’ and a teacher guide on ‘Use of Games for
Health, Nutrition and Environment Education for Work Education’.

Associate Professor (Food and Nutrition)

Dr. (Mrs.) Pinki Khanna is presently working as Associate Professor, Home Science at PSSCIVE, Bhopal has obtained her Doctoral Degree in
Foods and Nutrition. She has professional experience of about 14 years in
research, teaching, development, extension and training in different
institutions in different capacities. She has professional interests in
Vocational Education, Food and Nutrition, Women's studies and empowerment. She
has one international publication and 25 publications in the form of books,
vocational modules, curricula, papers, technical and popular article. She has
also written one book of Food and Nutrition as author for undergraduate classes.
She completed one ERIC Sponsored Research Project. At PSSCIVE, she has
intensively worked for development of vocational courses in Textiles, Garment
Manufacturing, Food & Nutrition and Handicrafts. She coordinated many training
programmes for vocational teachers for different states in the country
